REFUND POLICY

Our policy on returns varies by product. Verify whether a product is eligible for refund or exchange in the description of the product's page.

If the product is eligible, our policy lasts 15 days within your order's original shipment date unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been used, or modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition that you received it). We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement, we can help right away.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Email us at Rugaddiction@gmail.com about your planned refund (or if in need of replacement).

If available, please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item. Print the label we provide you and securely tape it to the outside of your return package. Bring your return package to a FedEx, UPS, or USPS location and ship it to the return address specified on the instructions.

If a packing slip and return instructions are unavailable, we will reply to your email with an Invoice number, which you should clearly label on the outside of your return package. Follow the rest of the instructions on the email. We'll try to keep the process as straightforward as possible.

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking information. Rug Addiction is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as they will often not process returns without an approved Invoice number.
